Adrianne found her passion for real estate when Capitol Area Realty assisted her and her significant other Andrew in purchasing their first home in Kyle in 2009. “The process of purchasing our first home really fascinated me and I wanted to help others find a place they could call home.” Before starting her career in real estate Adrianne graduated from Texas State with a major in Communication Design and worked as a graphic designer In and around the Austin area. Adrianne was given the opportunity to work with April Martin, an esteemed and experienced broker associate. Adrianne worked as April’s assistant and received high quality training as well as acquiring her Texas real estate license. Presently Adrianne continues to work as April’s office manager and enjoys representing her own clients on their real estate investments in the Austin, South Austin, Buda, Kyle and San Marcos area. In her spare time Adrianne enjoys way too much Mexican Food, and spending time with her two cats Caesar and Zeus.

Julie Darling
